Good location, terrible room cleaning
The location
The cleaning of the rooms was very poor. They did put soap, you have to ask for it. They did not sweep the floor throughly, it was full of dust behind the nightstands or under the bed. We spend two weeks and at the end it was unbearable.

Great place to be during your trip
The hotel is very fresh and nice. It was clean and very comfortable. It’s located at the heart of various hangout places - bars, clubs, restaurants etc, and there a short walk to La Ramblas, La Bukarija, shopping centres, and most of Gaudi’s creations. I have to give applause to the staff, especially Cezar, who helped me with everything I needed! Even when my room wasn’t ready on time at the first day, Cezar found an original way to help and was very nice and welcoming.

Nice hotel in a handy location in the Eixample
This hotel is excellently located in the Eixample near the university. Staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are fairly priced, decently sized and well appointed, and my room even had a south facing balcony which was welcome even in the winter sun. I didn't use the facilities but there is a gym and pool which I would definitely use if I return.
The wifi was very slow and kept dropping in and out. As I was on business, this was a problem and I had to keep tethering to my phone which is not ideal. Also, the kettle spurts out boiling water at the end which could scald someone so this needs to be addressed.

Great Location
I really enjoyed the hotel's location—very convenient and well-situated. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a nice start to the day.
The room I stayed in (Room 320) was quite spacious, which was a definite plus. However, it lacked a proper table with enough space to comfortably work on my laptop.
